Welcome to the Emergency Response Scenarios and Evaluation of the ERSH-DB.
The scenarios are designed to evaluate emergency responders’ understanding
of the use of the ERSH-DB as a resource when responding to an event or incident, including:
- Familiarize the user with the content of the ERSH-DB
- Understand the search capabilities of the ERSH-DB
- Perform searches of the ERSH-DB
- Obtain information that would be utilized when responding to an incident
The evaluation was designed to evaluate the design and development of the
ERSH-DB, which was developed with the voluntary input of many individuals in the emergency
response community, who provided invaluable recommendations on how the database's structure and
content could best meet their needs. Please take a minute to give us your opinions on the
ERSH-DB by participating in the electronic evaluation. The feedback you provide will help us
enhance our site and serve you in the future. NIOSH welcomes feedback on the design, content,
